The PM Awas Yojana Hramin is an Impactful Housing Initiative implemented by the Ministry of Rural Development and the Government of India, aiming to provide housing facilities to all the poor and underprivileged citizens across the Nation. According to this scheme, the Government aims to provide Permanent Housing Facilities (Pacca Houses) with all the basic amenities such as Water, Sanitation & 24 24-hour electricity. Eligibility Criteria
- Households without Shelter and Pacca houses are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be permanent citizens of India.
- The Priority will be given to socially disadvantaged groups like the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes.
- Female-headed households without an Adult male are eligible to apply.
- Applicant Family Members suffering from disease, or single girl child families, and transgender individuals are eligible.
