As we all know, the Indiramma Housing Scheme is a flagship housing initiative launched by the Government of Telangana state in order to provide cheap and affordable residential facilities to all the landless and homeless residents of Telangana State. The Honourable Chief Minister of Telangana, Mr Revanth Reddy, has launched this beneficial housing scheme on 11th March 2024, and soon he will attend the Indiramma Housing Scheme Event, aiming to promote infrastructure development across the rural and urban areas in the Telangana state.
Till now, the Government has announced sanctioning 13,266 homes for Chenchu tribal communities across Telangana, and about 1.74 Lakh beneficiaries have started the construction of their houses. Additionally, the government has announced that 3,500 houses are proposed to be allotted to each constituency.

About Indiramma Housing Scheme
The Honourable Chief Minister of Telangana state, Mr. Revanth Redd,y has launched this remarkable Indiramma housing scheme named Indiramma Housing Scheme under which the Officials aim to provide affordable residential opportunities to all the citizens belonging to economically wekaer backgrounds and do not own a pucca house or are homeless. Under this scheme, the Government aims to provide financial help of INR 5 Lakh to all those citizens who have land registered in their names but do not have the financial stability to start the construction of their houses. Additionally, the Government will provide ready-to-move-in residential units to all the homeless citizens or those who do not have a permanent house to reside in.
The residential units provided by the Government will have all the basic amenities such as RCC Rooftop, Electricity, Sanitation, Water, etc. The Priority will be given to Transgenders, Disabled Citizens, Agricultural Workers, and SC/ST Citizens.
