About AUDA Housing Scheme
This AUDA Housing Scheme was launched by the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA), in which the Authority aims to provide quality and affordable housing options to all the eligible residents of Ahmedabad City. According to this initiative, the Government will provide Plots to all the eligible citizens so that they can start the construction of their own houses. In with that, the Authorities will provide ready-to-move-in Flats to all the citizens who come from EWS, LIG, and MIG at very affordable prices. With the help of this initiative, the homeless residents or those who live in kaccha houses will be provided a Pacca House by the government, and they will have a better quality. As per the reports stated by the Officials, the Government has allocated a financial budget of INR 2,231.23 crores for the year 2025-26 under this scheme.
