The Government of Uttar Pradesh State, along with Agra Development Authority (ADA), has announced this remarkable housing initiative known as ADA Agra Atalpuram Township, under which the Government aims to provide affordable residential facilities to all citizens from every income group, such as EWS, LIG, MIG,& HIG, based on their income. This initiative will cover thousands of acres of land on Gwalior Road, just 12 Km away from the Taj Mahal and other National Highways, and it is aimed at having at least 12,000 Residential Units for all the eligible citizens.
The Residential Houses provided under this initiative will have all the basic amenities such as Educational Institutions, Health Centres, 24 24-hour electricity and water Supply, underground drainage, Water Recycling, Marriage Halls, Fire & Police Stations, a Convention Centre, and many more. This initiative will be developed in three phases, with the first phase covering 46 Hectares of area and providing 637 Residential Houses to every income group.

Eligibility Criteria

- The commercial plot rate will be between Rs 30000/- to Rs 35000/- per square metre.
